By using SlideStorm.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SlideStorm.ai is an AI-powered platform that helps you create and schedule TikTok slideshows. We provide tools for generating content, editing slideshows, and scheduling posts to your TikTok account.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  1. Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
  2. Remove or obscure TikTok watermarks or metadata;
  3. Automate spam or unsolicited promotions;
  4. Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  5. Use the Service to violate any law or TikTok policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and trademarks in the Service are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or TikTok's rules. You may delete your account at any time. Sections 3, 5, 7, and 8 survive termination.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of£100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
