2. The Data We Collect
- TikTok OAuth identifier and access token
- TikTok media (images, videos, captions) you authorise us to access
- Account email address and hashed password (if you sign in by email)
- Usage analytics (device type, IP address, timestamps, page views, cookies)

4. Who We Share Your Data With
We share personal data only when necessary to run the service:
- FAL API for image generation
- TikTok API - purely via your authorised requests
- Payment processor (e.g. Stripe) if you subscribe to paid plans
We never sell your personal data.
5. International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary safeguards.
6. Retention
Slideshow assets are immediately deleted when you delete them or close your account. Database and backup copies are purged within 60 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the UK ICO. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
8. Age Limits
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required in your country). We do not knowingly process data of children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy without notice.
